Fees and Deadlines

Registration Fee

We have a graduated registration fee to encourage early enrollment. Registration fees and the first month’s tuition are non-refundable (except where students are denied admittance after an enrollment interview) and are due with your registration. Only one registration fee is due per family, regardless of number of students being enrolled. Registration fees are as follows:

  • Through June 15th: $30 per family plus first month’s tuition
  • After June 15th: $75 per family plus first month’s tuition

Additional registrations will not be accepted after September 15.

Administration Fee

In order to pay for an Administrator, Coram Deo will be charging a monthly Administration Fee of $10 per student, not to exceed $20 per family.

Study Hall Fee

Supervised study hall is available and required for all enrolled students awaiting their next class.  Cost is $10 per month based on using one hour per day.

Class Fees

Class fees are listed below and vary depending upon the hours of instruction. Unless specified otherwise, classes meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

  • Omnibus II (2 hours per day) $60 per month per student
  • Excellence in Writing (1 hour per day) $45 per month per student
  • Writing Through Literature (1 hour per day )  $45 per month per student
  • Logic (1 hour per day)  $45 per month per student
  • First Form Latin (1 hour per day)  $45 per month per student
  • Spanish I (2 hours per day)  $60 per month per student
  • Chemistry (2 hours per day) $60 per month per student
  • Science Explorations (1 1/2 hours per day) $50 per month per student
  • AP Chemistry (1 hour per day) $45 per month per student
  • Algebra 1 (1 1/2 hours per day) $50 per month per student
  • Physics/Math Tutoring (1 hour per day) Fee to be discussed with instructor.

Material Fees

Material Fees are a one-time payment that are due the first day of school.  The various material fees for each class can be found in class descriptions.
