Bring all supplies to work on project or display. I would like to see something of your project to confirm it’s coming together! This is the last class day to do so!

**ps. looks like I won’t be able to stay after Omnibus class is over…if you want to work during lunch and eat in the room, I’ll be happy to do that!! Or I could come early if you want to do that too!

**Test over Adjectives** We’ll spend a few minutes reviewing/looking over our reviews before the test. Be ready!

ps. Since I wasn’t there, I hope you all turned in your biographies! Can’t wait to read them…have your critiques all corrected and ready to return.

**Rough Draft of Bio. on Author** This should be typed, dressups/openers labeled. We want to give good editing feedback so be ready!

FINAL of your critique. Remember, this should be portfolio worthy–worth 50 pts. If you want a rubric, email me. Otherwise, it will look much the same as the ones I used in the portfolio. You need 4 dressups/openers. Make sure it is typed/proofed/ and ready to turn in! This is to show me what a great writer you are–a FINAL paper for the end of the year!!

**A few of you are redoing persuasive essays/RRJ’s. Please have those done by Tuesday or they will become zeros**

Bring info. for your author bio. next week. That is next on our “to do” list.

Rough draft–Critique–Make sure it is typed, dressups/openers marked, etc. This should be well-written, easy for someone else to edit.

Bring supplies to work on your display. (rubber cement glue, paper, fun scissors, etc.) Also, bring stencils or print out font in a large size to make your title. 300 pt. or bigger seems about right. Play around with the size.

**Surprise**Bring a little something special for your display–ie. glitter, tree branches, clip art, etc. Show me at some point during class and I’ll give you a surprise. Shh!!

Grammar–Predicate Adj.

Work on the critiques for your book(s). [extra credit for more than one!]

**Bring all author fair info. on Tuesday. We will begin by finishing up our biographies/critiques. But there may be some time to work on projects/displays.**

Rough draft of intro./conclusion for your book critique. I’ll be looking at these to give you pointers on Thursday.

**Bring info. for your author/book** We will continue working on critiques on Thursday.

Bring display board. We’ll begin these next week!

Bring any sources for your book critique. We will be learning how to write these on Tuesday. Also, make sure to have your display board at school by next Thursday.
