Omnibus I: Omnibus 1 homework for March 2

  • Read The Apology- while reading keep a list of the evidences against Socrates. Bring them to class as we will need it for Tuesday.
  • Art Work: Danny, Abi, Kurt and Tristan: find a smaller version of Sanzio’s painting The School of Athens  - paste it into your journal and then answer the questions on page 206 in complete sentences. (do this in your journal as well)
  • Art Work: Elise, Katie and Jess: find a smaller version of Snazio’s  painting The School of Athens - paste it into your journal and then using the questions on page 206, write an analysis of it.

Writing Through Literature I: Due Mar. 2

Read 5.2 and Log (finish the book!)

Watch 5.2, Mel Gibson version on Youtube.com (Parts 13-14), and write a short critique of the film. Discuss movement, actors, setting, etc.

Write 2-3 unanswered questions that you still have from the book. These will be used in a discussion on Tuesday so be ready!
