PORTFOLIOS Due Thursday!! (includes non-fiction, story rewrite, journal entry, and self-evaluation in a folder…all must be typed, double spaced, etc.) See previous posts for details.
One paragraph of your choice (must be non-fiction). Do a limited keyword outline and a summary. Please use ALL six dress ups and the prepositional opener. Underline please! Also include a clincher/title.
RRJ’s are due Thursday so make sure you are ready!! 5-6 entries and 10 vocab. words.

Prepare your portfolio (put papers in a peechee style folder). You should have your final copy of the non-fiction and story rewrite ready to go! This weekend work on typing up a self-evaluation and your best journal entry. These do NOT need dress ups. If you’d like me to “glance” at your self-eval. have it handy on Tuesday and I will give you feedback.

Punctuation pp. 41-43
T Chart (Comparison)–Jot down details comparing Merlin from TOFK and your other book. Include any ideas that pop into your brain (character traits, clothing/looks, motivation, purpose, life history, etc.) These are a sample of what you can look for. Try to include pg. numbers that support your conclusions. This will be EXTREMELY helpful when writing the essay.
